Definitely following way too close. And letting your dog hang out isn't an excuse to drive like shit! No lisence plate on front so you can't report their crap driving till they pass you... Which they won't.

Watch out for this guy 8n a black coupe!! He smokes daily in locations around skinners butte park. He has a wrecked car from when he crashed into his fav smoking spot then after getting help getting his car unstuck he proceeded to get back in his car and smoke out of a pipe! !!! I am guessing meth because of how he obsessively has to be in these locations as well as his jittery and meth like mannerisms. This isnt the first time I have seen him loose control of his car. When we had an ice storm he was so determined to get up the butte and smoke that he started spinning in circles back down the hill almost whipping someone out and running off the side of the hill. When he couldn't make it he parked on the side of the road and started hitting himself in the head then started smoking huge clouds of smoke!!!! And this was pre vape days so I am guessing that the substance causing this behavior and the giant smoke clouds is meth. Sometimes he is in there so long that there are thick drips of brown condensation on his windows!! If you park too close he starts getting angry in his car. WATCH OUT!
This Driver couldn't be bothered with safely and legally yielding to a cyclist (myself) who had right of way to cross into the bike lane at an interchange.
The sad Irony here is that people like this oppose cyclists being in the traffic lanes, and yet still do shit like this to keep us out of the bike lanes.
