Driver made right on red after my (and car next to me) light had changed to green and we were mostly thru intersection, cutting us both off as he turned into a two lane road and staddled the dotted line. I laid on the horn as I had to brake hard enough for anti-lock brakes to activate, yet he gave us the finger out the window and then kept driving erratically, speeding up and then jamming on his brakes.
