I had my blinker on trying to get over and he stayed right by my side not letting me over even when I slowed down/sped up.... Then he failed to stop at a stop sign.... Horrible driver!!

Dude passed on the right shoulder of the highway, going at least 20 over the limit with a trailer attached to his back. Passed at the same time another car was going the same speed on the left side of the highway.
