Driver illegally used the shoulder to pass a stack of cars off the exit on I-29 S near a Wendy’s sometime after 3:15 PM today. Please find this driver and issue him or her a citation.

THIS GUY IS THE WORST DRIVER IMAGINABLE. HE SWERVES ALL OVER THE ROAD AND HE CUT ME OFF WITHOUT USING A BLINKER. IF THE USA IS SO GREAT, THEN WHY IS THERE A USB???
