Almost backed into an empty 2017 blue Nissan Altima when a teenage white male yelled for him to stop. The teenager stepped between the two cars holding his arms up, telling the man in the Tacoma to pull forward, there was no more room behind him. The driver of the Tacoma put it into reverse once more and continued to back into the Altima as the teenager jumped out from between the two cars, barely avoiding crippling injury. The teenage white male was friends with the owner of the Altima, teenage white female. And the other two standing outside of the parked Altima, teenage Asian male, teenage white female. Nobody was inside the Altima at the time of the collision. The Altima was not running and no doors were open at the time of the collision. They exchanged information. The next day, the bald white male in his mid to late forties, who ignored a pedestrian signaling him to stop, almost crippling said pedestrian, and colliding with an almost brand new parked car, told the insurance company that the Altima was pulling out at the same time as himself and they both collided, making the insurance company believe that the fault was mutual. Undoubtedly raising the teenage girls insurance, and costing her money for damage he caused.
