VGD-4115, Virginia tags: 5/9/2016, 9pm on Waxpool Rd and becomes Ashburn Farm Rd in Ashburn, VA. Extremely aggressive driver, failure to yield right of way, made sudden merge into another lane while the lane was occupied and forced the other vehicle to dangerously swerve into another lane without knowing if that lane was already occupied.
