This driver was riding people's bumpers, texting, swerving and then nearly hit me. The only reason he didn't was because I swerved and romped the median. He then showed absolutely zero concern or remorse when I met him at the next stop light to tell him I was reporting his license plate for almost hitting me.

Was subject of a hit and run (or at least "leave no note") by this driver, who backed into me leaving a sizable dent and a broken license plate frame. Luckily, it was caught on dashcam and police report is underway.

This guy is in his late 30s or 40s- has two school age kids. Was swerving and cutting off cars left and right- from both the right and left only turn lanes. He would then roll down his windows at stops and yell obscenities and insults with his kids listening. Steer clear of this hothead!
