Texting furiously for 3 minutes, weaving, plenty of places to pull over and stop, still texting after I passed driver. Had to honk when light turned green because driver wasn't looking up.

This guy would pass me on a double yellow line and then stop. He did this twice. Dangerous on hilly 2 lane country roads.

Complete ASSHOLE on freeway. Cutting people off and running them off the road. This guy was either drunk or high. He us going to kill someone. Reporting him to DUI.
