Dark maroon moron driver cutting multiple lanes without a signal, closely cutting me off. Northbound 5 just before Pacific Hwy in Old Town San Diego. 3:57 PM, Oct 6, 2017. Plus there was plenty of space BEHIND me that his moron could've changed lanes, but instead made this asinine maneuver.
