Metallic Grey Dodge Dakota 4x4. Pushing other cars out of their lanes. Almost rear-ended me twice. Other drivers were avoiding. Driver seemed under the influence. Called in to Citrus Heights PD 01/31/16

Correction to 1/31/16 entry. -not grey dodge Dakota, but actually Black Volkswagen Jetta. Cut off driver deliberate to cause accident.
