After driving up the 110N, coming from Long Beach and having just crossed the Vincent Thomas Bridge all was okay. Traffic was flowing just fine. Then I reached the area where the Metro buses pull in where there is a separate concrete divider. I noticed 2 cars had gone in to there, thinking it was an off-ramp...so I got a laugh out of. Those cars were black and white respectively. Which is what really surprised me about incident. The vehicle in front of me was a Silver Mustang GT (black cloth top), CA Plate 6YVK035. He (African American, approximately 5'7", 170 lbs, 35-45 yrs.) rolled up to me on my right hand side, window down, yelling at me like I had something wrong. Just yelling major hit at me.

He then positioned his car at a slanted angle so that none of the traffic on the Sepulveda Boulevard off-ramp on the 110N could even move through the traffic lane as he proceeded to approach my vehicle several times threatening both my safety and my life saying that he was not afraid to go to jail again. I take using both my mirrors and my turn signals very seriously. As he saw me taking the picture of his plate number, he got out of his car again and tried to pull the same crap. He held up the intersection for probably about a minute, on a green light as you can see in the picture. I admitted no guilt because I had done no wrong. But that wasn't an acceptable answer for him. This incident happened at 4:11pm on Saturday, June 25th, 2016.
