swept across 2 lanes without pausing...3 illegal maneuvers here: 1, passing too close, 2, no signal, 3, not staying in lane at least 4 seconds before moving to another. Beware of this lawbreaker.

Seems the individual in the white Land Rover was probably just dumb. You greatly increased the danger of the scene by asking that wheezy 4 cylinder of yours to attempt to close the gap- potentially killing many.
