This driver was speeding through a parking lot honking at me because I was driving at the right speed limit and then took the time to go chase down my car later to flip me off. Quite rude of a driver. Then he got flipped off. He got upset started taking pictures of me without my authorization. Then sped up to just cut over in front of Me in the lane so I took a picture of the back of his car with his license plate.
I hate to break the news to you, but whenever you are out in public (including driving on the public roads), you have no reasonable expectation of privacy, so anyone can take your picture without your authorization, and vice versa. Someone can even take pictures of you entering your home on private property, provided they do so from a public road.
