this idiot driver is swearing lanes without putting his signals and almost made me hit another car because he didn't what to what around. couldn't get my phone because it's illegal to drive with it, but he also crossed a double yellow line to turn left. He looked to be very young and maybe driving illegal. i say this because i saw a lot of passengers in the back that were squished together and they look like they were in a gang. please take away his licence or take him out of the streets. this is one of the types of people that shouldn't be driving.
