They turned their hazard lights on and off for several blocks and at one point put their turning indicator on, then didn't turn, so we assumed they were confused or having trouble with their car. We realized that they thought that putting your hazards on shows that you're going to parallel park. They had plenty of room, and we even reversed for them in rush hour traffic. They proceeded to stop their car in the middle of the road and try to wave people to get into the next lane that was already packed when vehicles. When we honked, they started cursing, making ugly faces, and giving us the middle finger. Apparently these entitled people think that they can just take up an entire lane and make several cars move around them because they don't know basic traffic rules. I'm not surprised that someone already has a complaint about them on this site, I wonder how many other people they are harassing who don't leave comments here.
