This man was seen being aggressive towards woman in a parking lot.He said pedestrians do not have the right to walk through the parking lot. He even gets in a woman's face who was much smaller than him.He obviously doesn't know driver /pedestrian safety.

Not only does he not know driver/pedestrian safety, he's a dangerous person. Why would he park his car in the middle of the parking lot, get out, and get in her face if not to scare her or assault her. If fact, this may classify as assault. Either way, he's a menace to society and I hope she presses charges because he WILL do things like this to someone else.
