I was driving on North Marietta Parkway in Marietta, GA coming from Lower Roswell RD and a driver seriously could have caused a major accident. This driver made an illegal lane change on North Marietta Parkway. The first problem was that he was speeding. He then decided to shift into the far left lane (my lane) without having his turn signal on and he had to squeeze in between the car in front of him (in the right lane) and my car (in the left lane.) I lightly tapped on my horn because he almost hit the front passenger side of my vehicle. His reaction to the honk was an immediate break in my lane and if I did not react fast enough I could have rear ended him and the car behind me could have hit me. I had about 2 feet in between my car and his car. It was difficult to drive around him and I could not reverse since there was moving traffic behind me. He did not move for literally 5 minutes. I waited and once he drove, he moved so slow and I decided to shift to the right lane so I could go about my business. I did not understand why somebody who was seriously at fault would react this way. I shifted to the right lane, he got in front of me and when he noticed that I put my turn signal on to shift into the left lane again he tried to get in front of me again. Each time I turned my turn signal on to shift lanes, he would try to cut me off, STILL WITHOUT using his turn signal. He then decided to drive in between both lanes and causing traffic. I was able to memorize his license plate number and it is CEK3332. I was able to find his vin number online as well: 5J6TF1H37CL002373. If you see this driver on the road just be careful. He is a very reckless driver!
