V20 4095Brian, the guy you cut off09/02/16 3:43 PM
This guy was bald, wore glasses and made an asshat of himself. Driving north on Halsted st. @ 2pm right when you pass Fulton Market, two streets naturally merge into one. EVERYONE was in one lane leaving the other lane completely wide open. Since one lane was backed up towards The Mid, I utilized 500 ft of open lane lol. He initially drives half way into the open lane to prevent people from entering even when there was still an additional 250ft of open road ahead. i swerve to avoid the accident and drive up to the merge. he drives out of his lane, into the bike lane on the right, passes several cars and nearly hit me in his attempt to cut me off. I couldve simply hit him and it wouldve been his fault. He was partially in my lane and the bike lane. i drove up to him to let him know there were two lanes and the pale nerd virgin couldn't respond rationally let alone speak clearly.
