On 3/17/18 around 11:50 PM, I was waiting to cross a moderately busy street and head south in a neighborhood north of Hawthorne in Portland, OR. This driver was behind me in a dark grayish small hatchback (Scion?) and suddenly whipped around on my right side and crossed the street in the same direction I'd planned to. I got seriously annoyed and followed him to Hawthorne with my brights on, then he drove westbound on Hawthorne and our vehicles nearly touched at one point. He did a U-turn to head back east away from me and I let it rest. It's just a stupid move to pull right in front of someone who's about to cross a street. He didn't seem to be in a terrible hurry until I caught up to him. I was expecting him to be some young punk but he looked like a 50-60ish novelist or professor in the brief glimpse I caught.
