This idiot at a red light reversed for no reason at all and hits the front of my car. No damage to my car but this driver did not get out and see if everything was ok. Just drove off both times i caught up to them

That is messed up. I will keep an eye out. Without much more than a picture and no car damage there is not much proof to give to police. I suggest a dashcam
