Appears to be a total jerk.
In heavy traffic, cut from lane to lane and narrowly missed two other cars (less than 2 feet) in what could be best be described as "violent" movement. Caused other vehicles to take evasive moves which then cascaded to other vehicles.
Couldn't have been a matter of "not seeing" the other vehicles since he was the one who passed them.
Rank him as a childish or "social moron".
