Driving to St. Paul from Wisconsin before 8PM 9/18/16: Traffic temporarily bunched up in a little clump on I-94, as it does, but the cars in the left lane were slowly overcoming those in the right to break it up. Everyone was going 80. A 2008 Prius (a PRIUS, mind you) with an Irish flag on the back was only second behind the slow guy in the right lane. I was immediately to his left. Because 30 seconds of this kid's time is more important than the other lives on the road, he sped up slightly, and drifted over not just into my lane, but into me so he could get behind the guy in front of me. I was forced off the road. He had been right beside me for a while, so there was no question he was totally aware of me and the game he was playing. It's great the kid's mommy and daddy make smart environment choices, but they sure dropped the ball on making a man out of their baby.
