Dude was talking to himself, acting erratic. Pretty sure dude was high on methamphetamine. He was "reading" the newspaper upside down... When he got out of his Chrysler Sebring, he said something about, "motherfuckers" and "people need to die!" Questionable fella. Lock your doors.
