This man, Art(?), is certifiably insane. I was sitting behind him at the Whittaker Mill Wake Forest road intersection when he intentionally rammed into me. He proceeded to get out of the car, call me a crazy bitch and wouldn't stop harassing me and threatening me with his cane. The video provided is courtesy of a very kind eyewitness who recorded this while I called the police.

This driver took up both lanes and stopped in the middle of traffic because the cammer honked at him for unsafely merging.

Same thing happened to me today with this same driver! In Cary. I tapped my horn because of his erratic driving, and he stopped in the middle of the road and wouldn't move.
