NJ - J29GRF: w/m driver (20's), blk hair, history of stalking & robbery, driving a dark colored four (4) door Mitsubishi:
2.2.2017 (Thursday) 3PM parked in front of 145 Pennypacker Dr., Willingboro, NJ., knocked on the door of same.
5:25PM (2.5 hours later) parked at 141 Pennypacker Dr., residence of Anthony W. FANNIEL, convicted of aggravated assault (10yrs) , murder (30yrs), robbery. Imprisoned Bayside State Prison 8/1992 - 10/2011. On 1.1.2017 FANNIEL made a terroristic threat in Willingboro, was arrested 1.4.2017, detained Burlington County Jail, pleaded guilty, released w/2 year probation. FANNIEL (drives NJ - Y86 GEL 2 door silver Infiniti) lives w/Michelle Renee CAMPBELL, a.k.a. SMITH (drives PA - JHK9412, dark gray 4 door Honda Accord), daughter of Arthur E. CAMPBELL, 88 West Gowen Ave., Philadelphia, PA. (drives PA - 15569 blk Jeep; PA GKH1644 white Dodge Challenger; PA - 21320 light gray Dodge)
