this reckless JERK driver was speeding, weaving, and cut a bus and a few other off on a major street ..including stopping short with INCHES to spare. white bold and fat ugly dude, black SUV Dodge Durango R/T tinted windows. I think this dude lives in Brooklyn. I was on my way to the store with my mom and this douchebag blocked off the entire street. Didn't want to move for several minutes. Pretty sure he used to be a dumbass all his life.
