On 07/07/18 I was driving towards Harrisburg on I-78/81. Traffic was heavy and I was locked on the left-side lane. The driver of a Jeep with Pennsylvania license JNB2195 started to tailgate me, while him and a female passenger waived their arms in the air and made obscene gestures with their hands. When the road was finally cleared, I moved to the right-side lane. When he sped-up to pass me, he swerved his SUV in my lane, threatening to hit my car.
