Horrible driver. Passed by on a dead end street on the right side while I was parking the car (on the right side). They swerved out and cut me off. They were going 50 mph down a 25 mph road. They pulled in next door to my neighbor’s but since they legally didn’t do anything wrong, we couldn’t call the police. Beware
