Drove into our condo and dumped a houseful of garbage. Not IN the dumpster--behind the dumpster, in front of the dumpster, next to the dumpster. Women, absolutely no shame, continued to unload and dump their trash in the middle of the day. Told me it was "a public dumpster" and none of my business.
