this asshole launched his "race car" at a intersection during a red light, then sped to approx 100+ on james mowatt trail sw which is a 60 zone. tail gated the car in front of him and swerved the shit out of his truck. the fat ass even had the audacity to give us the finger because he saw us taking a picture of his license plate.
