Why can black people go to school with pistols and shoot students and a teacher, then go out on bail to freely walk around afterwards? The prosecutor must be "woke" and not want to prosecute this adult (18 year old) school shooter.

Prosecutions don't occur if the Woke city prosecutor allows plea bargaining down to much lesser charges of the type that can then be suspended upon appeal once publicity dies down.

He claims to be the victim, yet he is the one who carries a concealed carry gun around without a license, no concealed carry permit, and pre-meditated takes the concealed carry gun onto school grounds and shoots a teacher and other students. High schools will allow students as old as 19 to attend, but if they don't have a Pass grade, they have to get a GED. Timothy Simpkins was 18 years old at the time of the shooting. so he should be tried as an adult. Yet, he is out walking around because he said he was bullied, so he seems to be treated by the judge as a child.

But this black guy got a tiny bail amount and is walking around after shooting people in high school as an 18-year old adult.
