This idiot nearly hit me twice on my way to work the other day, first when they were going at least twice the safe speed in the parking lot of my apartment community (yes, they live nearby) and then a few minutes later when they abruptly cut me off without signaling, and would have hit the side of my car had I not slammed on my brakes.
