Federal Way is in King County (re-named after Martin Luther King). Overwhelmingly democrat, so you will fail to get black school employees in trouble. The blacks in King County often try to file counter-charges against you for harassment if you try to pursue it and fail to make charges stick. They then offer to settle with you for a fee to monetize every encounter they have with people like you. The lawyers are free (contingency) from the KC NAACP.
