The Nissan Rogue VIN KNMAT2MTXHP589976 also has scrape marks on the front corner. Looks like she has previous parking lot accidents when she backs out of a parking spot and the corner touches the rear fender of the adjacent car.

The WA license plate is BQN6475 which is registered to the Nissan Rogue seen the video. The similar looking WA plate BON6475 is for a Subaru Legacy which is not like the car in the video. Therefore, BQN6475 is the correct plate seen in the 4K video.
