I'm not the driver or owner of this vehicle. But I have a couple of questions for the poster.
1) What lane was this vehicle in?
2) Did this vehicle and the vehicle infront of it pass a road sign that clearly say "STATE LAW REQUIRES ALL VEHICLES KEEP RIGHT EXCEPT TO PASS"?
3) Didn't you report the White Pickup Truck for impeding traffic ?

I noticed this driver tailgating this white pickup truck for 3 miles in Olympia because the white pickup truck wouldn't go faster than the speed limit. Tailgating is very dangerous in the rain.
