Worst Driver I saw him speeding in my neighborhood (50 in a 15), and I told him to slow down while holding my newborn. He stuck his head out, flipped me off, and called me a slur before driving off. I intend to report him to the police, but they are known to do nothing against teenage hooligans. If i see him its on sight!
