This female driver almost ran me and another car off the road. She was cutting everyone off down encanto blvd. At ine point she barely avoided hitting kids in the crosswalk in front of the desert west skate park.

Left kids in car and got out of vehicle on intersection when light was green to yell at other driver in other vehicle while kids where screaming
