Oblivious driver. Has no idea how to park between the lines. Left me inches to get my child in the car. No way for me to fit in and drive my car. After paging the owner at the possible stores they were at, they never came out. Waited 45 minutes before my 63 year old mother had to climb into the driver's seat and back the car up. 'Tis the season for people thinking they are special and above common sense!
