Driver exceeding 80mph flew into emergency shoulder on 85 North at exit 73A lane to cut off another vehicle already doing five above the speed limit unprovoked. Driver then got stuck at the same stop sign as everyone else before proceeding to flip me off while taking this picture. A dangerous, embarrassing driver who brings discredit to the status their veterans plates portray.

Red Chevy Avalanche passed me on my bicycle within inches. Not slowing down or giving 3 feet.
