Driver is a broke female for certain. She is very rude and nasty. She uses her saliva to assault individuals for no reason and drive off quickly after doing so. She seems very bitter and insecure. I'm not sure what's going on there but if you see this silver car just pray for her, smile & let her know there is so much more to life and being nasty and rude is not a good look. No good man will want that!

Today Oct 15th 2016 this driver cuts into the direct lane in front of me causing me to brake sharply. The driver was going left but only with the intent to cut into my lane. Of course this is why there is road rage in Atlanta!
