Had her phone literally resting on the steering wheel on a 2-lane road and the whole going 80+ on highway. Swerving in and out of her lane. Picture is at a red light. Can't see the phone because of my mirror. When I yelled at her to get off her phone she threw liquid out her window while almost running off the road then flipped me off and sped away. Then Proceeded to follow me for 10 miles.

Caused wreck in front of mom and I traveling East bound on Route 24 between Canton and banner. Hit two cars and left the scene. Side swiped them as they headed west on route 24. After unsuccessful attempt to pass on the shoulder the vehicle began a pass in a no pass zone. This person was a very outrageous driver of which whom had no empathy for the other drivers well being on the road.
