While driving to work, a woman driving a white Acura cut me off twice and recklessly took the red light on Green Bay road and Emerson St in Evanston IL, endengaring other drivers.

Jan 22,2017 time 1700 ,location I290 Mile marker 23ish. Mercedes GLK350 ,Black/Dark Blue 2012. Recklessly Swerving through traffic without signaling , following too close to cars. Recklessly Swerved over into my lane with no signal and almost crashed into me. Once the driver saw me retrieving his license plate they continue to recklessly drive to get away from being reported.
