This man rear-ended me at a red light, saying it's not a big deal. He did not even apologize for his wrongdoing. He admitted to the police that he had NO driver's license. Be careful.

Robert (Username: CokedUpChihuahua) from Roseland drove out to a South Bend mall in Indiana to meet a 13 year old girl for sex, started running when confronted and ran in a circle twice while saying "get away from me" until he ran to his car. License plate can be seen at timestamp 4:58. He also tried going to the 13 year old girls house the day before the mall meetup, but was spooked by a car outside the house.
