Shortly before 1:30 this afternoon, the driver of this black Dodge Durango failed to yield and nearly hit me while merging into my lane on the ramp from 495 to Route 3. After I honked to warn him that he was about to hit me, he proceeded to come to a complete stop on the ramp for several seconds while numerous other vehicles were also right behind us. Worst driver I've encountered this summer.
