Crossed multiple lanes, double solid white line, traffic cone to enter carpool lane. All without lane indicator. The driver was demented and drove 90 miles per hour on a road which is limited to 60 miles per hour.

Ran past school bus as the bus was unloading. Stop sign out, Lights flashing, this guys goes right by.
