Awful driver, cut me off on 73 when he decided that he didn't want to go on the AC expressway at the last second. No signals, came about a foot away from my car, maybe slightly more. Then proceeded to brake check me, go 15mph under the speed limit, then drive erraticly, all over his lane and a quarter into the opposing lane too. S15KGT, Honda Civic
