I was driving behind this guy as he would stop in the middle of the road and you can look through his window to see him picking up him phone and proceeding to use it. This guy then continued to run into someone at a red light, probably distracted from his phone. Dangerous driver.

So this dude was driving in his pink car and he swerved right in front of me when I was driving and he nearly ran me off the road. I had my kids in the back and they were terrified. Please do something about this guy.
