This guy literally tries to drag race anyone on the road near residential areas. He'll often paas in no passing zones at speeds well beyond the posted limit and may be somewhat unstable mentally. I sincerely hope insurance companies understand the risk he poses.

Didn't slow down when behind me making a left turn, blaring on horn. Turned right on "no turn on red." Switched turn lanes erratically over solid lines. Ran light, switched lanes erratically.

Silver Kia Rio , Washington Township, Pa area. Watch out for this joker. Tailgates and passes illegally. He WILL cause an accident. I've been victim to his tailgating MANY times and have seen him tailgate many others. Usually travels PA329 to Old Post Road to 873 around 11:45pm. State Police have been notified of his dangerous driving habits. Hopefully only a matter of time before he gets nailed.
