It's raining and windy, hellish conditions, and this guy this it's okay to drive drunk, weaving all over the freeway, coming up behind 18 wheelers in their blind spot, and making all sort of erratic movements. This will kill someone.

This driver scratches up the side of my neighbor's car and cause extensive damage and fled the scene with door hanging open. This driver has been involved in numerous other accidents. Daughter typical drives the car, mother is owner. Daughter never takes responsibility for the accidents. Drives in the area of ohio boulevard in Pittsburgh.
