Saw this.car, a Cadillac, Friday on NJ TURNPIKE, then route 78 west at about 5:30pm, Friday Sept 13, 2019. Nothing special about it, other than heavily shaded windows. Was driving just fine. No issues. Ways thinking this was a local celebrity.

Driving AT LEAST 60 in a 40. Cut me off as i was pulling out, and then slammed on his breaks intentionally because he was pissed i was following the law. Reported to the proper authorities.
