Please report them if you see them, they swerved through every lane on i-10 and cut me off and continued driving on the shoulder. Revoke their license indefinitely.

GHH3284 Chevrolet Tahoe guy cannot put down the phone long enough to drive. Doing the multi-lane shuffle, doesn't care if you're next to him or not as long as he can watch his move or get high score on Candy Crush. The instant stop spaz is a nice touch.
